Account info — your name, email address and password (passwords are stored only as secure hashes by our authentication provider).

House and room data — the houses you create, room names, measurements, tasks, notes and any other details you log.

Uploaded files — receipts, photos of your rooms and floorplans you upload.

Your data is used only to run the app's core features: organising your houses, rooms, tasks, receipts and tradesperson links.

We do not use your data for ad targeting, and we never sell your data to third parties.

Houses are private by default. Only people you invite — co-owners, editors, and tradesmen nominated to specific rooms — can see or edit a house.

Tradesmen can only see the rooms they have been nominated for, not the whole house.

When you upload a receipt, it is sent to an AI service to extract the vendor, date, total and line items.

The original file is always kept as the source of truth — the extracted data is just a helpful starting point you can review and correct.
